This year the Sunshine children have been thinking about how we can help people in our local community. We talked about advent and what it means. We all agreed that it is very exciting to open an advent calendar and GET something each day but we decided that we would like to GIVE something this year. Each day we donated something to a food hamper and then as we broke up for the Christmas holidays we donated it to a local food bank so that we can help others have a wonderful Christmas too. Thank you to everyone who made kind and generous contributions.
