Dear Parents, Carers and Children
We are a ‘Good' school where 'pupils' achieve well and good progress reflects the good teaching. The broad and balanced curriculum stimulates interest well and includes a wide range of worthwhile experiences. Strong care and attention is given to individuals contribution to their good personal development. Strong partnerships have developed, including the much closer involvement of parents and carers in helping their child to do well' –OFSTED Report March 2012
Through our enquiry based curriculum we aim to motivate and inspire children. Through our vision for learning we aim to develop skills so that children can think creatively, solve problems, ask questions, explain , work with others , know how well they are doing and how to improve. We actively develop these skills alongside academic learning so that they have the skills to become lifelong learners. We offer a wide variety of enrichment experiences and activities to support this both during and outside of school hours.
We look forward to getting to know both you and your child as they begin their journey of learning with us.
